London based Telecel Global expands its Messaging Service portfolio to customers based in Africa and the Middle East

Telecel Global’s Enterprise and Wholesale SMS traffic grew by 50% in 2020 and has realized an additional 50% growth in the first quarter of 2021.

Telecel Global, a UK based Telecom Operator, has expanded its A2P portfolio of services into new territories in Africa and the Middle East. Providing Carrier and Enterprise SMS Solutions, the company has invested in this division to accommodate the rapid growth that the company has experienced from a responsive and engaged client base.

Collaborating with a platform provider recognized as an industry leader and including their own propriety software, business experience and managed services, Telecel has created a unique offering which is being sought after by Enterprise clients to handle single and dual factor authentication (1FA, 2FA), Mobile Marketing, Appointment Reminders, Alerts and Notifications and Voting and Surveys.

Telecel Global’s robust, and recently upgraded, A2P product offering has been one of the key factors that has given the company a decisive edge in winning new customers and    expanding services with current customers. In addition, the Telecel customer service and support team is recognized in Africa as one of the most formidable and has received many accolades from clients and partners.

Telecel Global’s mission is to continuously introduce the latest in SMS and Communication technology to the African and Middle East markets. These technologies must be adapted to conform with requirements presented by our existing and potential clients to adequately serve their business needs. Our SMS firewall and SMS Enterprise Solutions have been adopted quickly and we are in the process of expanding our footprint via partnerships and acquisitions to serve markets where Telecel Global does not currently hold a local SMS license.
