NOC engineer

  • Manage and maintain VoIP & SMS system (Present report on the status and performance of VoIP switch network and SMS platform, T.One Billing System and RSM)
  • Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to trouble ticket faults until full resolution)
  • Routing, Provisioning by IP assignment, configuration setup, as well interconnection verification
  • Monitoring, Configuring, Testing and administering clients’ interconnections on a regular basis
  • Packet traces analyzing in case of interconnection problems
Personal assistant
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings


Accounts coordinator


They are responsible for selling telecom services to Mobile operators, PTTs, Carriers and OTTs around the Globe. Their main focus is acquiring new customer organizations using existing contacts and establishing new one by growing and developing relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts, targeted markets, and assigned territories.
